On Monday 12 September 2022 the new JORIO company headquarters is officially opened.

Capacity, vision and integration with the territory are values that mark continuity with the past, adapting it to the present to build a better future.

The transfer of the operational headquarters involves an expansion of the machine park, subdivision and delineation of the intercompany areas and research and acquisition of new human resources.

The 2500 square meters of the new factory will be the ideal terrain for continuous evolution and entrepreneurial growth, always with an eye to the future.

The advanced technology of our machines is flanked by internal technological progress, this allows us to be defined as a 4.0 company.

The work centers record and share on our network, through a log file updated every 5 seconds, all the information on the operations processed and performed, allowing us to have a constantly updated document to optimize production processes.

The application designed and developed internally, tailored to our needs, allows us a wide customization of settings, I / O data and useful signaling routines.

It is possible to observe the "trigger" setting according to the selected variables (for example: ... "execution", "block", "program" "messages" ...) following a specific procedure to promptly report the error or the affected condition. A particular example is the sending of e-mails to report the breaking of the cutting wire in order to being able to intervene promptly and effectively to restart production.
